Kimble County Historical Commission will host a trip to Brambletye, which is  a legendary tri-story home built by Englishman William Hall in the late 1890’s.

It is the recipient of an official Texas Historical Marker and is listed in the National Register of Historic Sites and is located on Bear Creek on Ranch Road 2291. 

A motorcade will depart from Kimble Historical Museum at 1:30 p. m November 21st.

Owner, Stan Marek, will guide the tour. A program will consist of the site’s history. 

The public is invited to the free event , and no pre-registration is required.

Wild Game Dinner

Held annually the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
