The Annual Kow Kick - Aug 30, 2025
The Saturday before Labor Day, the Kimble County Chamber of Commerce hosts its Annual Kow Kick, an arts and crafts fair, in Junction's Schreiner Park located along the banks of the South Llano River. Vendors selling arts, crafts, and food items are scattered around the park, which is covered by shade from the large pecan trees. The Little Miss and Mr. Kimble County Pageant takes place during the Kow Kick and is an event not to miss! Live music is provided throughout the day and there are a number of fun activities for the whole family. Plus, later that evening there is a dance in the park!
